Moral Guerrilla Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit private operating foundation funded by Moral Guerrilla Inc., a for-profit S-Corp e-commerce T-shirt company that dedicates a portion of its proceeds to this altruistic initiative. The foundation supports various programs, including its flagship initiative, the Fellowship: “Invest in Human Potential.”
Invest in Human Potential is a year-long fellowship designed for five rising high school seniors who attend school and live in Philadelphia County. This transformative program guides participants on their journey to becoming Moral Guerrillas through a rigorous and intensive process. The fellowship begins with a two-week retreat at an international location, followed by a series of workshops, facilitated discussions, and mentoring sessions throughout their senior year of high school.
Across the globe, people are struggling with inequality, injustice, and environmental damage.
Too many communities are left behind, with their voices unheard and their needs unmet.
Without action, these problems will continue to divide and damage our world for generations to come.

Our response is the Invest in Human Potential Fellowship, a

We created this fellowship because:

This fellowship uses cultural anthropology, archaeology, and
sociology as practical lenses for understanding the world, their neighborhoods, and themselves. Through workshops with local
leaders, real-world projects, and immersive learning experiences, fellows develop the skills to address environmental, economic, and social justice challenges in their own communities.
Today’s challenges—climate change, racial injustice, and economic inequality—are urgent.
We have a chance now to empower the generation that can solve these problems.

International travel and global exposure provide lifelong personal and professional benefits.
